As a prosecutor, Mr. Weede handled almost every type of case, including traffic, DWI, drugs, fraud, property crimes, firearm offenses, common law/armed robbery, and murder. In addition, he has extensive jury trial experience, including five first-degree murder trials. Criminal charges often cause confusion, uncertainty, and fear for clients and their families. Mr. Weede will focus on understanding each client’s situation and will guide the client through every step of the criminal process in order to pursue the best possible resolution.
