Mr. Toufexis is a veteran of the United States Navy and after serving for 10 years, he has brought that same tenacity to his legal career. As a combat veteran, Mr. Toufexis has used his experiences and translated that fighting attitude to the courtroom. Even before going to law school, Mr. Toufexis knew that his passion was fighting for the rights of the accused and has shown that passion through the exceptional results he has achieved in court. His “think outside the box” mentality has turned many negatives in cases into positives. Mr. Toufexis believes that everyone is deserving of tenacious legal representation, and that everyone deserves their day in court. Mr. Toufexis is passionate about protecting the rights of the accused and has shown through his actions that he is willing to stand up for their rights. Mr. Toufexis is ready to go to work for you and ensure that your rights and freedoms are fully protected. Mr. Toufexis is a member of the prestigious Texas Bar College, and he continues to better himself through numerous hours of continuous legal education, attending some of the most sought-after education from some of the best lawyers in Texas. Mr. Toufexis is a graduate of Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas. During law school, Mr. Toufexis worked as an intern for Mr. Saputo, learning how to not only defend clients, but attack the prosecutions case. After law school, Mr. Toufexis went to work as a licensed attorney for the firm. After working with Mr. Saputo for years, Mr. Toufexis was named a partner in the Saputo Toufexis Criminal Defense firm.
