About Nicholas Seldon

I am licensed to practice law in California, Vermont, and New Hampshire. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science and Resource Management from California State University Channel Islands before moving to Vermont to attend Vermont Law School. During my time there, I explored various niche fields of law but ultimately found my calling in personal injury law. This area of practice allows me to form meaningful connections with my clients while pursuing my passion for trial advocacy. Over the years, I have had the privilege of learning from experienced trial attorneys and honing my skills through practice. This has equipped me to effectively counter the misleading strategies often used by insurance companies to avoid fulfilling their financial obligations. Outside of my legal work, I enjoy restoring cars and staying active with my dog. I also serve on the Board of Trustees for the Lucy Mackenzie Humane Society, reflecting my commitment to giving back to the community. I am a member of several professional organizations, including the California, New Hampshire, and Vermont State Bars, as well as the U.S. District Court for Vermont. I also serve on the Board of Directors for the Vermont Association for Justice. In 2021, I was honored to be recognized as a "Rising Star" by Super Lawyers.
