Nick's practice encompasses a broad range of complex commercial litigation matters, including the representation of clients in contract, corporate governance, securities and real estate disputes, as well as in civil and criminal investigations and government enforcement actions. Nick has brought and defended numerous cases in the state and federal courts of Massachusetts and New York on behalf of public and private corporations, hedge funds, universities, corporate officers and directors and other individuals. Nick's real estate litigation experience includes representing residential and commercial developers, buyers and brokers, in cases involving construction claims, condominium disputes, zoning appeals, and the enforcement of purchase and sale agreements. Nick also represents and has successfully guided clients through civil and criminal investigations involving allegations of securities fraud, health care fraud and false claims, misappropriation of assets, environmental and other regulatory violations and money laundering.
