I maintain a diverse litigation practice with a primary focus on business disputes and employment law. I represent clients on both the plaintiff and defense sides, providing balanced insight and strategic direction in every case. My experience includes handling complex commercial litigation, contract disputes, and claims involving discrimination, retaliation, and wage-and-hour violations in state and federal courts in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Before joining Kang Haggerty, I practiced at an Am Law 200 firm, where I gained valuable experience with defense strategies that continue to shape my approach. I have achieved favorable outcomes in a variety of matters. In one notable case, I represented an employer accused of retaliation, wrongful termination, and discrimination by a former employee. Through thorough preparation and close collaboration with the client, I was able to secure a settlement for less than one-fifth of the initial mediation demand. I have also successfully obtained rulings on preliminary objections in Pennsylvania, including a decision that eliminated all direct claims against my client. Beyond state court, I maintain an active federal practice and am a proud member of the John C. Lifland Federal Inn of Court.
