About Natalia Forkin

I am an attorney at Kublan Khan PLC. Before my current position, I dedicated my efforts to family law matters at the Family Law and Mediation Center, PLC. I have been practicing law since 2006 and have a background as a state government attorney handling both criminal and civil cases. My experience also extends to working for the U.S. Department of State, providing me with a deep understanding of the unique challenges faced by foreign service and military families. I earned my law degree from the William and Mary School of Law in Williamsburg, Virginia, in 2004. Following my graduation, I had the privilege of clerking for the Honorable Judge Bradford Stillman at the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia. I have been licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Virginia since 2005 and in the District of Columbia since 2015. I am an active member of the Family Law Section of the Virginia State Bar and the Fairfax Bar Association, and I am also a trained and certified Collaborative Law attorney. My legal practice is focused on family law and immigration law. I represent clients in a variety of cases including contested divorce, equitable distribution, separate maintenance, child and spousal support, child custody, protective orders, and immigration issues. While I strive to settle cases amicably, I am well-prepared and unhesitant to engage in courtroom battles when necessary. I regularly make court appearances in Northern Virginia, including Fairfax, Alexandria, Arlington, Prince William, Loudoun, and Fauquier counties, as well as in immigration courts. I take great pride in my ability to empathize with the emotional aspects of divorce and the immigration process, ensuring that each of my clients receives thorough legal support tailored to their individual case. I reside in Northern Virginia with my husband, our two children, and our French Bulldog.
