📞 (201) 479-4337I am the founder of the Law Office of Myrisha Howard, a modern, client-focused virtual law practice dedicated to serving individuals and small businesses across New Jersey. My practice is centered on expungements and record relief, landlord-tenant matters, contract drafting and review, and select immigration filings. I take a practical and educational approach, ensuring that I explain each step clearly so my clients always understand what to expect. I bring significant experience in corporate contract implementation and vendor compliance, which allows me to draft clear, strategic agreements that safeguard my clients’ interests and minimize risk. This background also helps me simplify complex legal language into agreements that are both strategic and easy to understand. I have gained valuable hands-on experience with expungements through my work with one of New Jersey’s largest pro bono legal organizations. I have participated in multiple virtual expungement clinics alongside other attorneys, where I reviewed criminal case histories, assessed eligibility for record relief, and guided individuals in understanding their options. Currently, I am representing an expungement client through that program by filing an expungement petition. In the field of immigration, I have contributed to humanitarian relief efforts by preparing a detailed Country Conditions Report to support an asylum hearing. My research and analysis helped document the applicant’s circumstances and strengthened the legal argument for protection. I am honored to have received a national pro bono award recognizing my efforts to expand access to justice. I am admitted to practice law in New Jersey and actively participate in the New Jersey State Bar Association and the American Bar Association.
