About Mr. Jacobson

Consumers, and business owners, will appreciate the litigation experience I bring to managing their issues. I handle all types of civil litigation related to money owed, and money owing. That includes bankruptcy. If you are in debt, or if someone owes you money, you call me for help. Likewise, if you are facing foreclosure, and want to pursue the bank - I am your man. I try to avoid litigation, where possible, especially if the client has an on-going relationship with the potential plaintiff or defendant. However, I am more than happy to to take a matter to a jury, and have participated in a number of trials, including before a jury. I am willing to handle business litigation matters on very short notice, particularly those involving attachments or injunctions. I also serve as a resource for start-up businesses, providing counseling surrounding incorporation, contracting, employee relationships, and basic intellectual property issues. I started my practice after having attended the evening program at Suffolk University Law School. I worked all through school at several Boston area firms where I received terrific training. Working as a solo practitioner, I know I can provide tremendous value to my clients. It is in providing value that I take personal satisfaction from the practice of law.
