About Morgan Brading

Morgan is a graduate of Carthage College, a liberal arts school in Kenosha, Wisconsin, where she received her BA in Psychology with a minor in Business Administration. She earned her law degree from the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law while working full-time in the legal department of a local trucking company. After law school, Morgan gained valuable experience in both insurance defense and criminal defense before joining Harshman Ponist. Morgan specializes in business and commercial transactions, entity formation, LLCs, corporate law, and nonprofit organizations, with a focus on tax-exempt and 501(c)(3) organizations. Her background in an in-house legal department allows her to approach client needs with a unique perspective, ensuring she provides tailored, practical advice. Morgan also provides assistance with estate planning, addressing issues related to business succession and making arrangements to ease the burden on loved ones. Outside of her legal practice, Morgan enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter, and their dog. She stays active in a women's soccer league and is an avid Green Bay Packers fan. Morgan is also actively involved in nonprofit work. She serves on the Board of her neighborhood park and as a Council Member for the Business Law Section of the Indiana State Bar Association.
