About Monica Collison

I am Monica Miller Collison, a compassionate Senior Associate Attorney at Stange Law Firm, based in the Oklahoma City, OK office. I am ready to represent clients across Oklahoma County and the surrounding regions. I earned my Juris Doctor from the University of Oklahoma School of Law in May of 1999. During my time at law school, I was honored to be inducted into the Phi Delta Phi Legal Honorary Fraternity and was chosen as the law student representative for OU’s prestigious, interdisciplinary training program on child abuse and neglect. I also made the Dean’s Honor Roll and received an Academic Achievement Award in Trial Techniques for my litigation abilities. Additionally, I supported Professor Robert S. Spector as a family law student intern and clerked for the late Honorable Glenn Dale Carter, focusing on juvenile and family law. Before attending law school, I obtained a Bachelor of Science in Family Relations and Child Development from Oklahoma State University. Before my current role at Stange Law Firm, I served as an attorney and consultant at my own practice in the OKC area. I also founded the Oklahoma Rural Association in 2017, where I continue to oversee initiatives in economic development, energy, rural education, and healthcare. My earlier professional experiences include roles as the President and CEO of an Oklahoma-based insurance company, owner of my own consulting and legal firm, and executive director, general counsel, and legislative liaison for Oklahoma’s largest domestic insurance and non-profit organization.
