MJ holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from the University of Montana (USA), a Master of International Studies (Advanced) from the University of Queensland (Australia), and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Arizona (USA). Her perspective is enhanced by her experiences as a Rotary International Ambassadorial Scholar at the Universidad del Salvador in Buenos Aires, Argentina, and a Rotary International Peace Fellow at the University of Queensland, Australia.
