About Mitchell Jensen

I graduated from Brigham Young University in 1978 with a B.A. in business and from Pepperdine University in 1981 with a J.D. I practiced law in California for a short time before returning home to Utah where Ned Siegfried and I co-founded Siegfried & Jensen and nurtured the firm's growth to what is now: one of the top personal injury law firms in the Intermountain West. Working with and helping clients is the most rewarding aspect of my job. I enjoy coming to the office to work with great people who are doing their best to overcome the greatest obstacles this life can place in their path. Together we fight with insurance companies, drug companies, or other big businesses to restore the lives of our clients and their families. While I'm proud of our legal system and its ideals, I have witnessed injustice for many. Unfortunately the voice of the insurance industry and the drug manufacturers is much louder in the legislative halls than our combined individual voices. As a result, laws have been passed and are presented each year that diminish our individual liberties for the benefit of profits to these global mega corporations.
