Michelle is deeply committed to every case she undertakes, drawing on her membership in the Utah State Bar to ensure her clients receive the support they need to rebuild their lives. Helping others has always been at the core of Michelle's journey. Prior to embarking on her legal career, she excelled in managing a childcare center while also nurturing young minds as a preschool and school-aged children's teacher. Her experience as a dispute specialist fueled her decision to pursue a law degree from Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Grand Rapids, Michigan. During her time in law school, Michelle not only served as the Secretary of the Student Bar Association but also gained invaluable experience at the Public Sector Law Project Clinic. She actively participated in various societies, including the Sports and Entertainment Law Society and the Federal Bar Association. Michelle's dedication and contributions did not go unnoticed, as she received accolades such as the Student Bar Association Leadership and Service Recognition Award and the Public Sector Law Project Service Award. Before her legal journey, Michelle pursued undergraduate studies at the University of Utah, where she excelled academically, earning a spot on the Dean's List while double majoring in Political Science and Human Development and Family Studies. Driven by her commitment to providing exceptional representation, Michelle has taken on leadership roles within the legal community, serving as the Utah Association for Justice Women’s Caucus Chair and sitting on the UAJ Board. She is also actively involved in various professional organizations like the American Bar Association, UAJ, UAJWC, American Association for Justice, The National Trial Lawyers, and the American Institute of Personal Injury Attorneys 10 Best.
