About Michael Selario

Hey, I’m Mike! I’m proud to be an attorney at Kaufman & McPherson, PLLC, where I focus exclusively on personal injury law, helping clients across North Central West Virginia get the justice they deserve. I was born and raised in Bridgeport. I earned my undergraduate degree in political science from West Virginia University and then attended WVU College of Law. While in law school, I was honored to receive the CALI Award for Intellectual Property and Antitrust Law. Before joining Kaufman & McPherson, I owned and operated my own law firm in Clarksburg, where I handled a wide range of legal matters. That experience gave me a strong foundation in litigation and a deep understanding of how to fight for my clients effectively. Now, I dedicate my practice to advocating for those who have been injured due to someone else’s negligence. I’m admitted to practice in all courts in West Virginia and am an active member of the West Virginia Association for Justice, the West Virginia Bar Association, and the Harrison County Bar Association. Outside of work, I love spending time with my wife and two kids, hiking in the beautiful West Virginia mountains, and cheering on WVU sports.
