📞 (336) 920-8365I didn’t learn resilience in a law library; I learned it in uniform. After serving 28 years in the military—including ten as a Judge Advocate (JAG) and completing two tours in Iraq—I founded Lockridge Law Firm with one mission: to deliver disciplined, relentless advocacy for those wrongfully denied the benefits they’ve earned. Before starting my firm, I spent over two decades as an attorney with the U.S. Department of Justice and the Federal Bureau of Prisons. In those roles, I handled complex cases involving government liability and federal regulations. I understand how the government defends against claims, and I now use that knowledge to fight for my clients. I represent veterans nationwide who have received denials on their initial applications. I assist veterans and surviving spouses pursue denied Compensation and Pension benefits. I manage every aspect of the appeals process, from Supplemental Claims at the Regional Office to hearings before the Board of Veterans’ Appeals (BVA). If the BVA denies a claim, I continue the fight. Admitted to practice before the U.S. Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims (CAVC), I challenge legal errors made by the VA. My dedication to veterans stems from our shared service. For me, this isn’t just a legal career; it’s an ongoing duty to my fellow service members. I fought beside you overseas, and I’ll fight for you here at home. I also represent clients throughout North Carolina who have suffered serious injuries in car crashes, motorcycle accidents, and other incidents caused by negligence. Note: Mike also serves Of Counsel to the Gerber, Green & Principe Law Firm in Winston-Salem, NC.
