Attorney Michael D. Gorman believes in honest, aggressive and spirited representation of all of his clients. His office believes in cost-effective solutions for the legal problems facing his clients today. Mike grew up in Clinton, Massachusetts, which is where he also graduated from high school. After receiving his B.A. at Assumption College in Worcester, he went out to obtain his J.D. from Western New England College, School of Law. Mike is also currently finishing off his L.L.M. (Masters in Law) in the area of Elder Law and Estate Tax Planning. This program is also offered by Western New England College, School of Law. Mike worked for several area firms before opening his own practice in October of 2007. Attorney Gorman has extensive experience in the residential real estate field, having closed loans in excess of 50 million dollars since he opened his own practice. He represents local and national banks, mortgage lenders, buyers and sellers. Mike specializes in representing first time homebuyers, and offers hem a discount both on their title insurance, and attorney fee. Mike provides all aspects of estate planning for his clients. He does estate plans, elder law planning and transfers, Medicaid applications, wills, trusts, powers of attorney and health care proxies. Mike believes that the specialized training of the L.L.M. in Elder Law and Estate Planning provides him the knowledge and ability to be one of the leading practitioners of Estate Planning in Worcester County. Mike is involved in personal injury representation for his injured clients. He previously worked at one of the biggest injury firms in Worcester County, working on several million dollar cases during his time with that firm.
