My practice concentrates on the defense and trial of complex litigation including professional liability, general liability, E&O, D&O, all construction trades, mold, toxic torts, environmental claims, product liability claims and all areas of tort litigation and employment issues. I have extensive experience in representing commercial and residential owners, design professionals, HOAs and contractors in claims involving personal injury, wrongful death, groundwater and soils contamination arising out of construction site accidents, mold, pollution, negligent release of hazardous chemicals or other substances and general premises liability matters.
