About Mia Yugo

Mia Yugo is a partner at Yugo Collins and head of the Appellate and Whistleblower Protection & Retaliation Divisions. Mia focuses primarily on whistleblower & retaliation cases, labor and employment law, fraud, false claims, discrimination, wrongful termination, and “protected activity.” Mia has also litigated complex constitutional cases before federal district and federal appellate courts, including the D.C. Circuit, and has a special interest in litigation involving jurisdiction, separation-of-powers, and the non-delegation doctrine.
