Ms. Maxwell has spent her legal career as in-house counsel primarily focused on contract drafting and negotiation in the areas of technology, Intellectual Property, and Health law. She now volunteers her time to provide legal services in order to make competent legal services available for small businesses, start-ups and nonprofits. While technology and intellectual property are staples of our practice, we have experience as business lawyers across multiple industries from Healthcare to Retail.
