Mr. Kaplan is a father of two boys and resides in SW Portland, Oregon. When he is not working he is usually backpacking or rock climbing. He began practicing law in 1998 and opened Kaplan Law, LLC, in 2003. Kaplan Law is a law firm dedicated to helping injury victims and their families achieve justice. Mr. Kaplan believes in getting to know his clients on a personal level so he can understand their cases, what their needs are, and what is the best resolution for them. Mr. Kaplan takes on difficult cases that focus involve severe injuries from motor vehicle crashes, motorcycles, trucking, wrongful death, bicycles, industrial/workplace accidents, and product liability.
