About Mark Schmidt

Practicing since 1990. Joined forces with Vasil Kirifides in 1994, and later added George Rassias. Mark, Vasil and Anna Rio are each Certified Workers' Compensation Specialists, and each have more than 30 years' experience representing injured workers. George compliments our Workers' Compensation practice with his 30+ years' experience handling Personal Injury cases. Mark and George are frequently invited to Present Continuing Legal Education programs for PBI and the Delaware County Bar Association, where Mark has served as Co-Chair of the Workers' Compensation committee since 2022. Outside of work, being a die-hard Philadelphia sports fan has been more enjoyable than usual since the Eagles 2017 Superbowl victory and the run of Post-Season appearances by most of the Philly Teams. The 2024-2025 seasons are shaping up to be a true "Philly-Special" for the Birds, Phils, Sixers (and hopefully) Flyers.
