About Mark Milsop

Mark E. Milsop is a dedicated trial attorney with over 30 years of experience fighting for injured accident victims. A 1989 graduate of Pennsylvania State University with a degree in economics and a minor in speech communication, he went on to earn his Juris Doctor from Duquesne University School of Law in 1992, graduating with honors. During law school, he was a member of the Law Review and Appellate Moot Court Society and interned with the Honorable Ralph J. Cappy of the Pennsylvania Supreme Court. Attorney Milsop knew early on that he wanted to be a courtroom attorney—someone who stands up for people and makes a difference in their lives. Since joining Berger and Green in 2007, he has devoted his career to representing victims of serious personal injury cases, including car accidents, burn injuries, dog bites, slip and fall incidents, and wrongful death claims. He believes in building trust with his clients, providing honest assessments of their cases, and working tirelessly to secure the compensation they deserve. Recognized for his legal skill and commitment to justice, Attorney Milsop has been named a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer from 2011 to 2025—an honor reserved for the top five percent of attorneys in the state. In 2018, he received the George F. Douglas Amicus Curiae Award from the Pennsylvania Association for Justice. He is also a member of the prestigious Million Dollar Advocates Forum, recognizing attorneys who have secured million and multi-million dollar verdicts and settlements. Attorney Milsop is deeply involved in the legal community. He is Past President of the Western Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association (WPTLA) and serves on its Board of Governors. He is an elected member of the Academy of Trial Lawyers of Allegheny County and serves on the Local Rules Committee of the Allegheny County Bar Association. Most recently, he was appointed by the Pennsylvania Supreme Court to the Pennsylvania Continuing Legal Education Board.
