I am an attorney at Structure Law Group, LLP, where my primary focus is on business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, entity formation, commercial contracts, and corporate governance. I also assist colleagues across the firm in various areas such as litigation, intellectual property, and regulatory compliance. I received my J.D. with a High Tech Law Certificate, a Corporate Law Specialization with Honors, and was an Emery Merit Scholarship Recipient. I earned my M.B.A. cum laude, with a Food Entrepreneurship Concentration. With a dual background in law and business, I apply an interdisciplinary perspective, bringing commercial awareness, strategic thinking, and disciplined work management to support long-term business goals. I also completed a study abroad program at Singapore Management University, focusing on international business and intellectual property law. During law school, I worked with startups and early-stage companies through the Entrepreneurs’ Law Clinic, advising clients on entity formation, corporate governance, commercial contract drafting, and data privacy compliance. I helped revise Terms of Service, Privacy Policies, and other foundational documents while providing guidance on regulatory issues such as the GDPR and CCPA. My clinic work emphasized practical solutions to support sustainable growth for emerging businesses. I also served as a research assistant to Professor Anna Han, contributing to updates of a leading casebook on corporations.
