About Mark Gray

Mr. Gray is a founder and partner at Gray and White Law practicing in a variety of areas including class actions and complex multi-district litigation (MDL), personal injury, and medical malpractice. Practicing law since 1990, Mr. Gray has represented injured persons in a wide variety of personal injury claims. In 1999, he took a medical malpractice/bad faith case to trial and achieved an award of $13.1 million dollars--one of Kentucky's largest jury awards. Mr. Gray is highly regarded by his colleagues. He received the highest rating of "AV" by Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings--an objective peer review designed to rate lawyers on ethics and professional ability. In addition, Lawdragon listed him as one of the top 500 plaintiff attorneys in America based on nominations from his peers and others in the legal community. Mr. Gray is licensed to practice law in all state and federal courts in Kentucky as well as the 6th Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court.
