Mr. Bosler has over 30 years of experience in civil and commercial transactions and litigation, including corporate, commercial, and construction; real estate transactions, collections, estate planning, probate and trust administration. He has served as arbitrator with the American Arbitration Association and represented parties in disputes involving individuals, small- and medium-sized service companies, suppliers, manufacturers, and contractors in contract disputes alleging breach of contract terms, conditions and performance; defective product or design; interpretation and litigation of corporate governance and administration, such as bylaws, financing arrangements, stock purchase agreements, minority shareholder interests, investment trading and other actions. In transactions, he has represented buyers and sellers in all aspects of real estate transactions, buy-sell agreements, commercial contracts and corporate governance. He has represented creditors and debtors in collections cases. A small portion of the practice has included the representation of plaintiffs in consumer law matters and personal injury claims as a private practitioner. His educational background includes an advanced Masters Degree in Corporate and Finance Law from Wayne State University, Juris Doctor degree from University of Detroit Law School, and Bachelor of Arts degree in Marketing from Michigan State University. He is a former instructor of construction law at Macomb Community College and Registered Representative.
