About Lyndsey Jorgensen

Lyndsey works for people injured in all types of personal injury claims including car and motorcycle crashes, dog bites, wrongful death, premises liability, and products liability. Lyndsey’s goal is that her clients can make recovery their number one priority while she and her team deal with the insurance companies. Lyndsey works to ensure that her clients understand their rights and the legal process so that they are equipped to make the best decisions for themselves and their families. As a compassionate listener, a critical thinker, and a fierce advocate, Lyndsey works hard to understand what her clients have endured and fights to make sure they are treated fairly by the insurers. Lyndsey has dedicated her career to representing injured individuals. Before joining TSR in 2016, Lyndsey worked in a smaller plaintiff’s firm. In addition to personal injury, she has a background in medical malpractice, workers' compensation, civil rights, and consumer class action cases. Lyndsey is licensed to practice in Minnesota state and federal courts. In 2019, Lyndsey was named a Rising Star by Super Lawyers Magazine. This honor is reserved for the top 2.5% of outstanding, young lawyers in the state of Minnesota.
