Luke is a graduate of Stillwater High School ('95) and Oklahoma State University (B.A.- History) ('00) and the University of Tulsa (J.D. - '06). After interning for both the Tulsa Co. Public Defender's office and the Payne County District Attorney's office he opened Anthony Law Firm in Stillwater and has limited his practice to criminal defense.
