π (918) 749-9334A Personal Experience That Defined My Career While attending law school, I responded to an advertisement for a new car. The subsequent experience was eye-opening. The dealership employed numerous deceptive tactics to divert my attention from the advertised model, a classic bait-and-switch scenario I had only read about before experiencing it firsthand. I drove off with the car, but also with a newfound resolve: I was determined to advocate for individuals against car dealers, banks, mortgage servicers, and other businesses that misuse their power. This incident ignited my lifelong commitment to pursuing legal action against businesses engaged in dishonest practices. Practice Focus I represent clients in both state and federal courts throughout the United States, with a focus on: β’ Car dealer fraud β’ Wrongful mortgage servicing β’ Banking errors and predatory practices β’ Credit reporting errors & identity theft β’ Illegal debt collection β’ Predatory lending Credentials & Recognition β’ Martindale-Hubbell AV Rated Attorney β’ Super Lawyer β Every year since 2006 β’ Vern Countryman Consumer Law Award, 2017 β’ Co-Warrior of the Year, Trial Lawyers College (South Central Region), 2004 β’ Faculty Member, The Trial Lawyers College since 2006 β’ Trial Advocate of the Year, National Association of Consumer Advocates 2002 I have been granted pro hac vice for jury trials in state and federal courts across the country.
