She subsequently joined Lewis Brisbois and focused on mortgage fraud, real estate and breach of contract litigation. In 1995, Lori joined the in-house legal team of Fidelity National Title Insurance Company as an Assistant Vice-President and Associate Counsel. From 1995 until 2000, Ms. Hershorin litigated hundreds of escrow, title, real property, breach of fiduciary duty, insurance bad faith and complex business disputes. In 2000, Lori was promoted to VIce-President, Senior Litigation Counsel, and Litigation Manager for the Southwestern Region of Fidelity, supervising a team of experienced litigation attorneys. interfacting with claims personnel, collaborating with upper management on litigation matters and advising title and escrow operations, In 2003, Ms. Hershorin joined Hershorin & Henry, LLP and in 2004, was promoted to Managing Partner.
