About Lindsay Brown
Lindsay spent the first ten years of her career litigating complex criminal cases in state and federal court, first as a trial attorney with the Denver office of the Colorado State Public Defender and later as a partner with two top law firms in Denver. During that time, she tried more than 50 cases to verdict and was named one of Colorado’s “Rising Star” Super Lawyers from 2016-2021. Lindsay's practice focuses on Title IX defense, student and faculty discipline, special education matters, and federal criminal defense.
