Liberty J. Weyandt is a Partner and Principal Owner of Liberty Mark Law. Liberty guides individuals and families through some of the most consequential transitions of their lives with a practice grounded in experience, judgment, and a deep respect for the people behind the legal issues. Liberty has more than 25 years of experience litigating various family matters in several Pennsylvania counties, including Allegheny, Beaver, Butler and Westmoreland counties. Liberty focuses her practice on family law matters, including divorce, custody, support, and complex financial issues arising from the dissolution of marriages and other modern family structures. She is particularly known for her work in collaborative divorce and negotiated resolutions, helping clients move through difficult transitions with structure, transparency, and intention whenever possible. ​Liberty earned her Juris Doctor from Syracuse University College of Law and is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Over the course of her career, she has built a reputation as a thoughtful, strategic advocate who understands both the legal and human dimensions of family law.
