I am Kristine Roberts, a Senior Associate Attorney with Stange Law Firm, and I assist clients from our Omaha, Nebraska office. My focus is on helping individuals and families through divorce, custody, and other domestic relations matters with clarity, understanding, and practical guidance. I earned my Juris Doctor from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln College of Law and obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with concentrations in Accounting and Marketing from Midland Lutheran College. I am licensed to practice law in Nebraska and have held leadership and community roles, including serving as a board member with Charitable Gift Planners of Nebraska and participating in local church stewardship and youth programs. With over a decade of experience in litigation and law practice management, I bring a broad background to my work. Before joining Stange Law Firm, I founded and managed my own independent law practice, where I handled various matters such as family law, juvenile law, mediation, bankruptcy, estate planning, and general civil litigation. I oversaw all aspects of client representation, from the initial consultation to case resolution, and developed legal strategies tailored to promote long-term stability. Additionally, I led operations and programming at the Nebraska Mediation Center and coordinated state-wide mediation training during the COVID-19 pandemic. I am known for my thoughtful approach to dispute resolution and my skills as a mediator. By combining courtroom experience with collaborative problem-solving, I aim to safeguard my clients’ interests. Whether assisting clients with divorce, parenting time disputes, or other family law matters, I strive to provide compassionate representation that focuses on practical and lasting solutions.
