Kristin Mendoza is the founder and principal attorney at Abridge Law. Abridge Law PLLC is a virtual law practice with attorneys licensed in Massachusetts and New Hampshire. Our practice is limited to business and transactional matters and we have deep knowledge in those areas. At Abridge Law, we are committed to delivering outstanding services to our clients by breaking down the barriers of the traditional attorney-client relationship. Our firm structure and pricing model are highly optimized so that we can deliver top notch legal services to clients of all sizes and budgets. Our name stands for our commitment to making legal services accessible, easy to use and affordable to every business. After graduating college from Boston University, Kristin moved to California to be among the innovators in Silicon Valley while attending law school at the University of San Francisco. Working with entrepreneurs and business owners has always been her favorite part of practice. With 20 years of experience advising clients on a variety of business and transactional matters, Kristin is always looking for ways to improve upon how she serves her clients. In 2019, she was a recipient of a Business Excellence Award from the New Hampshire Business Review for her work to innovate the practice of law with alternative fee structures for clients. She is also listed in the 28th Edition (2022) of Best Lawyers in America in the areas of Business Organizations and Closely Held Businesses / Family Businesses. When not working, Kristin enjoys spending time with her husband and two sons, cooking for family and friends and giving back to her community through various charitable work. She served as President of the New Hampshire Women’s Bar Association from 2008-2010 and has held board positions with United Way of Greater Nashua, the Nashua Bar Association and Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Nashua.
