Carter Law Group founder Kirk Carter is a graduate of Boston College and Suffolk Law School. Upon graduation Kirk joined the esteemed New England law firm Fletcher Tilton, PC. where he practiced business and immigration law until 2024. Kirk was a Director of the firm, established its business immigration practice, served on the management committee of the firm, and served as the firm's President in 2022. While at Fletcher Tilton, Attorney Carter built scalable business immigration solutions for a variety of small to mid-market companies, including a number of companies within the Information Technology and Health Sciences sectors.
