About Kieran Dowling

I have had the privilege of representing clients in the Supreme Court of the State of New York and the Superior Court of New Jersey, handling complex litigation. I maintain a vigorous practice pursuing claims on behalf of citizens who have experienced constitutional violations and on behalf of employees in whistleblower and discrimination claims. My courtroom experience is extensive; I have both first and second chaired several civil trials. I am also well-versed in appellate practice, having argued before both the New Jersey and New York appellate courts.
