Kevin Shaun Vitale is the founding attorney of Vitale Law Firm, serving clients throughout the St. Louis area from his office in Wentzville, Missouri. His practice focuses on helping families and business owners protect their futures through estate planning, elder law, business law, asset protection, mergers & acquisitions, trust administration, and business succession planning. A proud U.S. Marine Corps veteran and current member of the Missouri National Guard through the Army, Kevin brings discipline, leadership, and integrity to every case. He earned his undergraduate degree summa cum laude from Washington University in St. Louis and his J.D. from Saint Louis University School of Law before founding Vitale Law Firm in 2017. Kevin’s approach centers on simplifying complex legal issues and providing practical, customized solutions for each client’s goals. Whether he’s guiding a business through a merger, crafting an estate plan to protect a family’s legacy, or designing a succession strategy for a closely held company, Kevin combines technical skill with genuine care.
