Kevin Kessler is the founder of The Kessler Law Firm, but before establishing his practice, he served as a prosecutor for the Suffolk County Traffic and Parking Violations Agency. In this role, Mr. Kessler gained extensive trial experience handling cases related to moving violations, equipment infractions, and other traffic-related offenses. After his time at the Suffolk Traffic Agency, Mr. Kessler transitioned into private practice, dedicating his career to defending clients charged with criminal felonies, misdemeanors, violations, and traffic-related offenses. Guided by his philosophy that every individual deserves a fair trial and due process, Mr. Kessler is committed to ensuring his clients' fundamental rights are protected. When those rights are infringed upon, he works tirelessly to secure the appropriate remedies on their behalf. A Long Island native, Mr. Kessler earned his Juris Doctor from Tulane University Law School in 2009 and was admitted to practice law in New York State the following year. He is also admitted to the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York. Prior to law school, he graduated from Muhlenberg College in 2006 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science. During his time at Muhlenberg, he was a standout member of the Varsity Lacrosse Team and a proud member of Omicron Delta Kappa, the National Leadership Honor Society.
