Kendra Penningroth is a consumer protection attorney, and the Managing Associate, at Consumer Justice Law Firm. Kendra received her B.A. from Arizona State University while working as a news reporter in Washington, D.C. and Phoenix, Arizona. She earned a J.D. from the Sandra Day O’Conner College of Law at Arizona State University, serving as an Article Editor for the Sports and Entertainment Law Journal. Prior to joining Consumer Justice Law Firm, Kendra was a law clerk at another consumer protection firm for nearly two years. Kendra's current practice includes credit reporting errors, mixed credit reports, bankruptcy credit report errors, background check errors, identity theft recovery, debt collection harassment, and being mistakenly reported as deceased. She is a member of the National Association of Consumer Advocates (NACA). Kendra's cases rely heavily on consumer rights established under important federal laws like the Fair Credit Reporting Act, Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, and others.
