About Kelby Derenick

Kelby J. Derenick has a decade of legal experience representing clients in real estate matters and in all aspects of civil litigation. Mr. Derenick practices law with the highest standard of attention to detail necessary for every case and prides himself in giving clients the dedication and attention they deserve. He can assist clients with routine transactions and also consistently obtains favorable results for his clients litigating disputed cases through trial. Mr. Derenick is a member of the Washington State Bar Association, California State Bar and is also admitted to practice with the United States District Court for the Eastern and Western Districts of Washington. He represents clients in personal injury matters and real property transactions and litigation. Mr. Derenick represents property owners, developers, property management companies, realtors, and condominium/homeowner associations. Mr. Derenick also practiced in California in the area of insurance defense where he defended property owners and business owners in premises liability lawsuits. Kelby J. Derenick received his Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Washington and his Juris Doctorate from Gonzaga University School of Law. While attending Gonzaga, Mr. Derenick served as an Associate Editor for the Gonzaga Law Review and received multiple CALI Awards For Excellence in Legal Research and Writing.
