About Karin Foster

Karin Foster is the founder of Treveri Law, PC formerly the Foster Legal Advisory Group, an Estate, Exit and Business planning law firm in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Treveri Law was formed on one basic principle, “Protect those you love.” We help clients to understand and prepare for unexpected incapacity, distress or death and the accompanying legal an tax implications with these unforeseen occurrences. At Treveri Law, we specialize in working with families, single women and small business owners. As the only attorney in New Mexico with the Certified Exit Planner Advisor designation, we are part of a team to cooperatively with with business brokers, CPAs and Wealth Managers to assist business owners with their business and personal transitions when selling or transferring a business. We especially like working with clients like ourselves - we are Gen Xers, sandwiched between caring for elderly incapacitated parents and active young adults who are also small business owners. We develop Trusts, Wills and all Incapacity documents as well as Business planning documents that will work seamlessly with personal estate plans. We will not take on clients in need of litigation services.
