Unfortunately, it seems the District Attorney, City Attorney, and Los Angeles courts have neglected this principle. They often presume guilt based solely on a police officer’s statements and investigations, disregarding the accused's perspective. It is unjust to make such decisions without considering both sides of the story. During my three years at the District Attorney's Office, while attending law school, I gained invaluable insights into how DAs operate. I learned what they focus on and what they overlook, as well as the flaws in their analysis. With this knowledge, I entered the criminal defense field, working under some of the most accomplished criminal defense attorneys in Los Angeles. They taught me how to dismantle a prosecutor’s case and secure the most favorable outcomes for my clients.
