About Josiah Swinney

Josiah Swinney is an accomplished trial lawyer handling cases involving complex criminal allegations. Whether at the trial level or taking over for an appeal, he has represented high-profile matters that have generated public attention and secured successful results for his clients. Josiah's work has earned him the distinction of being selected to Super Lawyers Rising Stars in 2022, 2023, and 2024.
