📞 (405) 338-7689Joshua Wells graduated from the Oklahoma City University College of Law in 2008 where he served as Research Assistant to J. William (Bill) Conger, General Counsel and Lecturer. While at OCU he also served as Executive Editor of the Law Review and competed on the moot court team. Prior to law school, Joshua attended Oklahoma Baptist University where he was a three-year letterman on the basketball team. He graduated with a B.A. in English and a Minor in Psychology. Prior to passing the bar, Joshua was hired by an Oklahoma City firm that specialized in complex litigation, securities fraud, and consumer class actions. Joshua further represented multiple small businesses and individuals in a variety of litigation, human resources planning, and a full range of corporate legal issues. After 6 years, Joshua went on to serve as General Counsel and Director of Development for an international non-profit headquartered in Oklahoma City, where he oversaw all legal matters while also leading their fundraising efforts. More recently, Joshua started his own firm which is focused on the needs of everyday individuals. JD Wells & Associates provides a full range of legal services from estate planning, probate, civil litigation, guardianships, and family law. Joshua lives in Northwest Oklahoma City with his college sweetheart, Jill, and their four children, Gwynneth, Caedmon, Leighton, and Debbie. Joshua is the oldest of eight siblings. His father Jerry has been the pastor of Together Church (formerly Western Hills Church) in Southwest Oklahoma City since 1984. Joshua and his family are members at Northwest Baptist Church in Oklahoma City. He loves mentoring, OBU basketball, OU football, Manchester United, and Red Bull F1 racing.
