π (804) 678-8285Joseph was named a Partner of Cantor Grana Buckner Bucci in 2022, previously known as Breit Cantor Grana Buckner from 2017-2021 and Cantor Stoneburner Ford Grana and Buckner, from 2011-2016. Along with his vast firm experience, Joseph has worked with Jury Impressions, a Richmond, Virginia-based jury consulting group since 2011. Throughout the last several years, Joseph has worked on over 200 focus groups with some of the best trial lawyers throughout Virginia on all types of personal injury cases, including but not limited to brain jury, tractor-trailer, wrongful death, spinal cord, defective products, premises liability, and medical malpractice. In 2018, Joseph worked as co-counsel on several cases including one that resulted in a $4 million dollar settlement. The personal injury case involved a tractor trailer accident that left the plaintiff with serious medical issues including a brain injury. In January 2020, Joseph chaired the VTLA Advanced Traumatic Brain Injury Retreat. In 2022, Joseph worked as co-counsel on a traumatic brain injury case that resulted in a $1.25 million dollar settlement. In February 2023, Joseph chaired the first-ever VTLA Young Trial Lawyers Retreat. Joseph has been recognized by Best Lawyers as βOnes to Watchβ since 2021 and by Virginia Super Lawyers as a Rising Star since 2019. Joseph is a member of the Virginia Trial Lawyers Association (VTLA), the American Association for Justice (AAJ), the Virginia Bar Association, the Richmond Bar Association, the Brain Injury Association of Virginia, and the Lewis F. Powell, Jr. American Inn of Court. He currently serves as a VTLA District Governor and Co-Chair of the VTLA Membership Committee, Social Chair of the Lewis F. Powell, Jr. American Inn of Court, and President of the Board of the Brain Injury Association of Virginia.
