About Jordan Kendell

I am the managing partner of Eisenberg, Gilchrist & Cutt. I have exclusively represented injury victims for my entire career. My practice includes all areas of personal injury with an emphasis on defective products, trucking accidents, premises liability, brain and spinal cord injuries, and wrongful death. I have helped my clients recover millions of dollars through settlement, arbitration, and trial. I have worked on cases in many different states, and I have tried cases in Utah, Idaho, and Wyoming. I have written and/or argued appeals to the Utah Supreme Court, the Utah Court of Appeals, and the Federal Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals. I graduated Magna Cum Laude from my law school in 2005. Since then, I have been recognized as one of Utah’s Up-and-Coming Legal Elite by Utah Business Magazine. From 2009-2014, I was named a Rising Star by Mountain States Super Lawyers, and since 2015 I have been recognized as a Super Lawyer by Mountain States Super Lawyers. I serve as a volunteer member on the Board of Directors of Special Olympics Utah and the Board of Governors of the Utah Association of Justice. And when I am not working or volunteering, I enjoy spending time with my wife and two boys.
