He serves clients in Greenville, Spartanburg, Anderson DMA and surrounding counties In July 2022, Mr. Pracht made headlines by securing a $20,730,000 verdict in the wrongful death case of Zerihun Wolde, marking a historic achievement in Horry County, South Carolina. His reach extends beyond state borders, having handled wrongful death cases in North Carolina, Georgia, Florida and Alaska. With an extensive network of co-counsel across the U.S., he is well-equipped to manage cases nationwide, having recovered over $17 million for clients in 2023 alone. Born and raised in Anderson, South Carolina, Mr. Pracht has been a steadfast advocate for families grieving the loss of loved ones for over 14 years. After earning his J.D. cum laude from the Charleston School of Law in 2008, he gained invaluable experience clerking for the Honorable J. Cordell Maddox of the South Carolina Circuit Court, before establishing his own practice in Anderson in 2009. Before embarking on his legal journey, Mr. Pracht obtained a B.A. in political science from the College of Charleston. His formative years included working alongside Alex Sanders, a distinguished South Carolina trial lawyer and retired chief justice, whose influence inspired him to dedicate his career to representing everyday people.
