About John Marszalek

My legal experience includes trying over seventy cases to verdict before juries in Illinois. In addition to the Circuit Court of Cook County, I have tried cases to verdict before juries in the Circuit Courts of DuPage County, Will County, Lake County, Kane County and Jackson County. Moreover, I have tried cases to verdict before juries in federal court both in Chicago and in Danville, Illinois. In addition to my experience at the trial court level, I have argued numerous appeals before the First District of the Appellate Court of Illinois I am in private practice at 120 West Madison Street in Chicago. I am a member of the American Bar Association, the Chicago Bar Association and the Illinois Trial Lawyers Association. I was born and raised in Chicago. I have been licensed as an attorney in Illinois since 1976. I am also licensed by the Supreme Court of the United States, the Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit, the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois and the United States District Court for the Central District of Illinois. In addition, I have been licensed in Florida since 1979.
