John F. Hipp has been a New Jersey licensed attorney for over three decades. He was admitted to the Bar of the New Jersey State Courts and U.S. District Court, District of New Jersey in 1985; the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit in 1986 and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit in 1987.
