I have been involved in complex claims, mediations, trials and arbitrations involving Data Centers, Tunnels, Bridges, Condominiums, Hospitals, Airports, Highways, Power plants, Wind turbines, Water Treatment facilities, Hotels, Casinos, Stadiums,Refineries, Ethanol plants, Office buildings and Dams. I have represented General Contractors, Subcontractors, Suppliers, Owners, Architects, Engineers and Sureties. I have reviewed contracts and been involved in negotiating deals in excess of $1 billion. The size of claims I have been involved with have ranged from $100,000 to over $50,000,000. I work with an experienced team and am able to effectively manage the significant volumes of ESI produced on the large scale construction projects today. I review and evaluate claims early in the process to explore the potential for early mediation or dispute resolution short of litigation. I am also able to try those cases which parties are not able to resolve. I am a member of the American College of Construction Lawyers, and the ABA Forum on Construction.
