About Jesse Hynes

I concentrate my practice in Elder Law, which encompasses, but is not limited to, Estate and Trust Planning, Estate Administration, Asset Preservation and Protection, Disability and Special Needs Planning, Guardianship, and Medicaid. My firm is completely client focused, and I do everything that I possibly can to give my clients the best experience possible. At Hynes Law Group, we are focused on creating lasting relationships by helping our clients to plan for all stages and ages. We are dedicated to serving our clients, providing them sound legal advice, empathizing with their needs, and working with their loved ones and financial and healthcare teams. Our mission is to help you prepare for the future to the best extent possible, allowing you to live in the present. Born and raised in Cranford, New Jersey, I earned my Undergraduate Honors Degree in Psychology at Seton Hall University and his Law Degree from Wake Forest University School of Law (where I was selected to partake in the Elder Law Clinic). Before and while attending law school, Iworked in the elder care field for approximately seven years, holding various jobs at an Assisted Living Facility. It was this experience that led me to devote my life to Elder Law. I am a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys and the Elder and Disability Law Section of the New Jersey State Bar Association.
